i have a sour/fecal Body Odor coming from my whole body.
where is your fecal odor coming from? anus or whole body? is it sour or fecal sometimes or only fecal?
did you have sour Body Odor first then after sometime it became fecal or it has always been fecal?

i'm comparing my situation with you. if we are the same.
