I don't buy the whole spit test thing. I tried it and it had the stringy stuff too. I then asked several other people I know to try it just to to see (they have no problems) and everyone's spit did the same thing. If you feel like you might have candida I would advise starting out with something like the grapefruit seed extract. Don't spend a bunch of money on candida products just yet.

Oh, and most importantly, change your diet.
