What do you eat? What do you drink? A detailed list would be helpful, and maybe an example of a typical day. Also any things that you do not eat (purposely avoid).
How has what you eat changed since you moved from Africa?

What is your lifestyle? How much physical labor do you do? Do you exercise? Do you sweat a lot? Do you have any dental work? Fillings in your teeth? What kind of soap do you use?
How often do you have a bowel movement? Every day? 2 times a day?


Can you notice the Body Odor with your own nose? Or do you just listen to what the other people tell you? Can you tell that you smell differently from 2 years ago, 4 years ago, 6 years ago? Or you can't notice?
