Breath specialists and devices??

HI!
Has anyone went to any breath specialists??
And if u have, what did he do, any change?
To which one did u go?
I found few links on internet, bur there are mostly in USA, one in UK, and I think one in Sweden?
Is it worth going??They are really expensive!

because I have tried waterpik, which doesn't do absolutely nothing!

Sorry for such a long post, I live for the day when I will be able to talk freely without thinking about my breath, and looking at peoples reactions on their faces.....
