I'd like to say one final thing:

Emotinal state of mind is really important. You should never say I'm sick, that I stink to high heaven. If you do smell, don't acknowledge it. You must see everyting in a positive frame of mind, i.e., the glass is half full instead of half empty. Your body will respond to positive thoughts as well as negative thoughs. Hate will kill ya folks. It's a luxuary we cannot afford. Love people, don't hate! Animals are included too. LOL

I speak scripture over myself and family every day. I personalize what I say by iserting I, me, us, etc. If you're not spiritual, that's okay. I have a couple friends that are atheist. If you're buddhist, then say it in Buddha's name. Whatever turns your crank! Just don't speak negative! I never turn the TV on during the day because so much is negative. I'd rather read or work in the garden. The one eye'd monster is total disinformation at best. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
