my symptoms beside bb, is this a heart problem also??

i am asking others who has chronic bb are you having any pain in throat, right now i have this lump in my throat and it hurts, i can not do anything to improve it, also my heart bit is sometimes around 100 but usually around 80, also i have a feeling i will get a hear atack

my bb is really horrible it can fill the whole room, i tried a lot of stuff and nothing helps

do you also have thios feeling like you will have a heart attack, btw i am only 30 yo
