Haemmoroids?Does anybody know the answer

I am having a lot of problems with haemmoroids.

I never feel that i have completely emptied myself and theres pressure,irritation,weird feeling in my rectum. This happens everyday and there is nothing i can do and im tired of it.It seems that this irritation happens when there is stool in my rectum.Even a small quantity at any time can cause irritation and pressure.

Does anyone know the answer to these questions i have.

1.Is stool supposed to be in rectum at anytime or is it only supposed to come out into the rectum when you defecate? im confused about that.

2.are u supposed to defecate when there is stool in your rectum?

3.my rectum seems very senstitive.thats the problem. I tired some creams anusol HC anovate HC.They help a bit.

Does anyone know anything that can help me with haemmoroids?

ANY Creams, medicine,Alternate medicine that can help me with haemmoroids??

I saw this gaestreontrologist and he he diagnosised me with haemmoroids. Im trying some ayurvedic medicine rite now beacuse there is no cure for piles in regular medicne..(to those peeople who dont know what that is..its alternate medicine).

Im also trying a restricted diet.Seems like chicken,meat and a lot of other stuff are really bad for piles or haemmoroids

Please somebody help!
