I eliminated coffee, sugar, alcohol 2 years ago. Nothing's changed. There was a very little improvement but after a while even that seems like nothing.
Im using digestive enzymes. At first it seemed very promising. I felt a lot of improvement but in reality after 2 years - not much.
Anything else? :)
You see it all just boils down to try this, try that. Stick to it for 3-6 months. It *only* works if ur 100% strict and so on. I mean.. its c**p. Thats just masking the fact that it doesn't work. But of course in absence of something that works me and thousands of others will try almost anything. Just to make sure.. that it doesnt work! :)
