smelly skin...why?

lately I've been having a smell come from my skin...dont know how to describe it.

I have been doing Bowel Cleanses for a while and this has happened after the bowel cleanse....dont know if this is related but I have dry skin too.

I notice the smell is stronger when I m in the sun...

Any ideas how tofix this? thanks
