Aside from the drastic surgury to remove the sweat glands, you sound pretty much like me (save for the vaginal issues...), right down to the weird, occasional nasal smells.

However, I find olfactory reference syndrome a little hard to swallow. Everything about everyone else's body language and murmured comments confirms my belief. To tell you the truth, I'd rather belief that I stink rather than think my interpretation or perceptions of the way people communicate are out of whack. What a hell it must be not to trust your own eyes, ears and/or mind...

But in your case, if that's what you want to believe, I hope it's true. And I would think that your husband, at least, would be honest with you about your odor, so very likely it's true. It's harder for me to say... I sure as heck can't smell you from here.

Anyway, If you decide to go the psychiatric route, be wary of any nueroleptics/antipsychotics or a psychotic disorder diagnosis. A doctor put me on respirdahl once, and it can really put your mind out of commission. Although I still noticed the little things that would trigger my belief (and the belief was still very much there while on the meds); their effect was blunted.
