Re: Help needed, enough is enough!

Hi there,

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. It's a very hard thing to see happen.

I agree - enough is enough. Here are my ideas from what we have learned and what has worked for us to free my boyfriend from seizures.

What she is eating is VERY IMPORTANT. Everything you eat has a chemical reaction on the brain and the blood brain barrier. Your friend should ALWAYS avoid, MSG, Aspartame, & NutraSweet. These things cause toxic effects in the brain and cause much damage - killing cells and neurons. She must learn everything she can about these things. Avoiding Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) is much harder than it sounds. It has been put into almost everything and is listed under many names to fool the public (such as isolated protien.) Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) always causes seizures in my boyfriend.

I suggest you look at www.nomsg.com, and get a book called MSG: The Taste That Kills. Could help very much.

Also, she should look at her Vitamine B levels. A lack of Vitamin B can cause major seizures (B1, B12 and B6.) She needs to make sure she has enough in her body. And remember, Vitamin B can only be taken in by the body with Magnizium and zinc. Your friend should learn about these vitamins and make some educated changes in what she puts into her body.

I hope very much that this helps. I understand the fear and pain of seeing someone you care about suffer. If I can help more, please write.

Jennyone
