Re: epilepsy worse in winter

Hi Lorinda,

Just a thought that can help you with correcting your seisure disorder: Be sure to cut out ALL Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) from your diet. Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) causes seizures as well as many other health problems. Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) is hidden in almost everything that you can buy in a store. Perhaps during winter, you tend to eat more things that have MSG in them (like soup?)

I suggest that you take a look at this website: www.nomsg.com, and get a book called "MSG:The Taste That Kills." No seisure free diet is complete without this knowledge.

Since we cut all MSG out of our diets, my boyfriend has been seizure and aura free - no medication.

My best to you, and I hope this helps.

Jennyone
