I have your exact same problem regarding the smell.
I have seen only one doctor and i lied to him and told him my problem was constipation because my father was there with me.
Anyway it was no help.
I recently started a fecal odor support group at yahoo that can help other people.
Please join the group and help other people with all ur info.
A lot of people are out there having a similar problem like yours and without knowing what to do.
