Fecal Body Odor Help:Can anybody save me

I am an undergraduate.I have been having fecal like Body Odor for a few years now.I know is its coming from my anus and Im sure of that.I dnt know whether its the toxin in my body because my armpits or body doesnt smell that much.All the students in my class are coughing,wiping their noses and my proffesor is always saying someones messing up his classes. I dont know what to do and whom to turn to?.I went to a doctor a couple of months ago but i couldnt say my problem was the odor because my father was with me.So i just said that i had constipation and piles and anal itching and he checked and he found nothing wrong and my parents were like oh we told u.
Now i dont know what to do and where to turn to?I cant tell my parents because now im in america and i live with my aunt and my parent are back in India.
My parent believed I was imagining it because they couldnt smell it.The smells better at some times but becomes bad at some time.it becomes bad after i shit.

Anyhow to help people ive build this online support group so that people like me dont feel discouraged.Im gonna get over this.Ive tried for many years for a cure and nothings working.Somebody please help me.But im never gonna break.Never
