I want to enquire if you ever had a constipation problem and how was your health in the past, relating to the types of food u had ate, how often did you have a bowel movement?

because i also have bb(over a decade), white tongue, and PND and after many researches and experiments, i have concluded that the initial cause of my bb maybe due to my past lifestyle. as i traced back, i barely ate any fruits, not much veggies, alot of junk food especially chips and fast food like Mc D's. I didnt exercise much as well and barely had a bowel movement, possibly once a week or not even, and whenever i had a bowel movement my family says that they can smell my feces when coming up the stairs and this is when im still in the bathroom. as well, in the past, i would smell really bad from below within the next day(24hrs) if i didnt take a shower. i wonder if all of this has something to do with too much toxin in my body. i had tried a product for leaky gut, and a Colon Cleanse product call Kolinade, and tried physillum but i didnt find it cured my bad breath. nor had very often bowel movements.

do you think Colonix will be strong enough to help me the way it had helped you?
