100% cure for underarm odor

I have eliminated the need for deodorants completely. I exercise strenuously and have for years. I perspire heavily, but have NO odor. I have also eliminated the underarm stains in my clothing, not to mention the lingering odor that is not easily removed by laundering.

1) USE A WASHCLOTH WHEN YOU BATHE. So many people think that rubbing a little soap on their skin is enough. Scrub the underarm area and around to the back and front, down your arms and side. After rinsing as in step 3 below, wash out the washcloth(or start with a new one) and repeat. If your Body Odor has been a long-time problem, one washing and rinsing is not enough, and the washcloth will re-deposite the bacteria that is causing the odor.

2) SHOWER INSTEAD OF SITTING IN YOUR OWN DIRT. The water running over your skin is what removes the bacteria that causes odor.

3) RINSE, RINSE, RINSE. The magazine article I read, suggested five minutes of rinsing---AFTER a good scrubbing with that washcloth and soap. I no longer rinse for that long, but removing the slippery soap film is vital. The soap on your skin and in the washcloth is still full of the bacteria.---makes sense doesn't it?!! Soap doesn't destroy bacteria--it merely acts as a vehicle to remove it. RINSING EXTREMELY WELL is the secret.

4) TAKE ONE SHEET OF CHEAP PAPER TOWEL. TEAR IT IN HALF. ONE OF THESE PIECES IS FOR EACH UNDERARM. SATURATE IT WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL (ABOUT $0.50 PER PINT AT WALMART) RUB ALL AROUND THE UNDERARM AREA WHICH INCLUDES A PRETTY BIG AREA. TURN THE PAPER TOWEL OVER AND RUB(RINSE) AGAIN. You can then use this towel to clean up the toilet, sink or whatever (presumably you skin was clean, so this towel is clean)

5) Make sure all of the clothes in your closet have been dry-cleaned or washed in hot water and bleach. Deodorants act like glue to hold old bacteria on your skin and in your clothes.

6) If you continue to use deodorants after following the above steps, be sure that all of the deodorant is removed during EACH bathing, because sometimes it can be the biggest contributor to your problem, since it is so difficult to remove from skin.
