I think that my unsuccessful Liver Flush was due to a lack of preparation, soooo I shall drink apple juice (for 6 days) before the flush. Thanks 1409. Oh, and by the way, do I have to fast during these 6 days? I mean, can I only drink the juice for the 6 days or can I eat as well? If so, what foods?
