I did the basic Hulda Clark method. Apple juice, Epsom Salts , olive oil... malic acid optional... I posted the details on CureZone but couldn't find it. It's really just the Clark method. Her book makes it seem more complicated than it really is, stretching the details over 3 pages of paragraphs instead of just giving a simple instructions list. She adds things like "after taking the Epsom Salts , keep yourself busy by doing some housework or something... now would be a good time to clean up the dishes and get your olive oil ready... make sure the tv is on and the cat has been let out to pee..." Overcomplicating the flush just adds a bit of stress. Keep it simple IMO. :)
