Taking 30-50 mgs of zinc and 200-500 mgs of magnesium daily will also help to reduce Body Odor according to Dr. Wright's newsletter. I recently learned this, but luckily, I also take mag nightly and there is enough zinc in my daily multivitamin that I have never used it as a separate therapy.
