when your usual paths of elimination are clogged (colon, lymph, sinus) or your body is just overall too acidic (sulphur is on the acid side of the PH equation, and a lack of sleep makes the body more acidic), the smell of the sulphur and partially digested foods will be in your pores, as the skin is one of the paths of elimination.
It's time to do some serious cleansing! and avoid all dairy and red meat for a month. Eat more whole grains and veggies for awhile. You'll feel better, sleep better too!
