I know this isn't what you want to hear, but there is no magic pill. Your body is talking to you. It is saying I need to detox. It is telling you that you need to do some things to clean it out. It is overloaded with whatever you have been consuming.

Somethings that you can do that will probably help your problem.

More exercise to increase the sweating.

Steam baths or sauna for the same reason.

Drink half your weight in distilled water every day. This will help you flush the toxins out.

Fasting - consuming nothing but distilled water. Start out with a 24 to 36 hour Water Fast a week then for a month or so increase it to 36 to 72 hours.

Do the liver cleanses.

Do some colonics.

Don't go to fast and try and do it all at once, it probably took you a long time to get that way. Take your time but keep after it, and you will see the difference.

Most important, none of the above will help if your diet consist of fried greasy fast food or junk foods, Coffee, soft sugary drinks, potatoe chips etc. You will have to start eating more fruits and vegetables.

There are forums for all that I mentioned above, check them out. I am not a doctor and the above is only my opinion based on common sense. You must take responsibility for your own body. Check with your health practitioner before you do anything to make sure you should be doing it.

In my opinion, the last thing you need is more medications which will probably make it worse.
