What should I do!??

I'm extremely embarassed about this and I don't know what to do! I've tried literally everything. And my hygiene is great, I've never even had a cavity. I mentioned it to my dentist, and guess what he said!? He said I don't know. WTF! My damn dentist told me he didn't know. What am I supposed to do now? Who am I supposed to consult if he doesn't even know? Should I just change dentists?
