Just even cutting a few things, like avacado,chocolate,wheat, and dairy... will help..
Add in more meats, pumpkin seeds, more veggies..etc..
The best, best thing that can be done though...is to de-stress... Stress drains zinc. Relaxx, deal with old problems and new... do yoga, exercise...meditiate...go for walks..
