Re: Blurry Vision and Anxiety
Hi again,
I have come a long way with my adrenal fatigue compared to where I was. I'm very happy and thankful for the progress I have made to the Powers that Be.
Thanks to a lot of research on my part, people's contributions here on curezone and certain yahoo groups, and Dr. Lam I have been able to get much better.
I still have a long ways to go however. Atleast I think I do. So any help you can give me I would love.
Basically this is what I believe caused my adrenal fatigue (warning this is kinda long) ...I went through a major
Depression for a couple years....lost some family members and ate too much refined carbs. I believe this set the foundation. I however was still able to do a lot and had plenty of energy. I then moved to Connecticut and lead a very unhealthy lifestyle, I drank a lot, I constantly was at dunkin donuts having my "daily coffee" a little too much. I drank tea like crazy and eventually was drinking 12 cups of tea a day to replace the ciggs I was smoking and the excess coffee I was drinking. I rarely slept...I would sometimes stay up 3 days in a row because I began taking care of my sister's children and needed time to myself so I took my time at night and devoted the entire day to her children. I also began having a daily dose of asprin as I was worried with my unhealthy lifestyle I might have a heart attack ( I was 24 years old). Finally in the later part of that year I began experiencing dizziness, unexplained fatigue and I fainted. I went to the ER constantly and was checked for heart problems yada yada....and nothing. I moved to florida not long after and kept taking asprin, I began having stomach problems in ct. which I feel now was due to the asprin. My symptoms improved for a short period of time then one day I went to Islands of adventure, i had not ate the entire day and only had a diet coke, I ended up in the ER with severe heart palpitations , right sided numbness and tunnel vision...they found nothing wrong with me except low blood sugar.
I repeated this for months after that incident and one day got a bad leak in my apartment, mold got outta hand and I became the sickest I have ever thought anyone could get. I would go into seizures constantly, I could not move outta bed, I slept all the time, was constantly cold no matter how hot it was outside (I live in Miami,Florida), I was spacy, my then boyfriend had to pick me up and give me showers, If I got too excited from good stress or bad stress I thought I would die, I couldn't handle noise not even a whisper I felt like the slightest noise would kill me cause my body just couldn't handle ANYTHING AT ALL!! Eventually a year later and many more symptoms they ruled out heart problems, multiple sclerosis, tumors on my pancreas, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease and many other things. The only thing they found time and time again during these incidents was hypoglycemia. I started eating better and with trial and error found foods that i reacted to and what i didn't and started being able to control the symptoms. I also moved out and got away from the mold problem.
I was diagnosed with Gastritis and an ulcer. I believe the asprin gave me gastritis and ulcer and I kept it for over a year and it started draining my adrenals.
I was put on zantac and started getting much better...hypoglycemia went away. I had to stop the treatment because zantac was causing my heart to beat funny. I tried to eat a bland diet to keep the healing up but eventually my hypo came back because I could not finish healing my stomach. Because the hypo came back I had to eat a lot of protein which caused me extreme stomach pain. To this day I still have the stomach problems and I believe it is keeping me from getting better. I have tried cabbage juice ( to heal the ulcer)and believe I am sensitive to it so I stopped taking it.
Basically I do not know how I'm going to heal my stomach now so that I can make further progress.
I was taking celtic
Sea Salt also and felt much worse on it... I would get terrible dizziness and headaches when taking it.....this I believe was from adding more of the salt then what was recommended by the Dr. that wrote the "water cure". The salt would bring my blood
Sugar down if I had too much.
I have now been looking seriously into the himalayan salt that you mentioned and would love to hear any testimonials you have about it.
Thanks,
