If the puffyness is in your feet, hands, legs or face then you might want to look at your kidneys. Edema (swelling from fluid) in your feet, or hands, legs or face, is when your kidneys cannot remove as much fluid and sodium as they use too. Sometimes too much protein being leaked in the urine also causes this.
