A very alternative approach

I just posted this on the Candida Forum but wanted to post it here too as it's so different in its approach I'm really not sure what to believe.


I've just read the diet on http://www.biblelife.com/bowel and am totally confused. It's the opposite to everything I know and sounds very much like the Atkins diet which I have always been against.
It even claims not to do colon cleanses, which I've just started, and if it is that bad for you then what is all the stuff that comes out - if it's not bad stuff then am I stripping my intestines of essential things.
How's anyone had experience of a high meat diet and seen improvement on their health.
It may be opposite to everything I know but then that may be why I'm still ill!?!
