Re: Zapping low blood sugar

Good information. I've already looked into the zapper. I want to push my recovery as far as it will go, and this looks good. Besides flukes, most of us have Candida to some degree.

In one of my books--"The Natural Physician's Healing therapies" by Dr. Mark Stengler, N.D., he tells how to check for Candida in the simplest way possible. You just get a glass of spring water (no chlorine or fluoride) and spit in it as soon as you wake up in the morning. 30 minutes later check the glass and see if there are runners coming down in the water from the saliva. It looks a little like transparent jellyfish with its tenacles hanging down. That's Candida. I checked a couple of months ago and it was there. Haven't checked lately. If you've done Antibiotics , or even eat much chicken and beef, chances are that you have Candida overgrowth. And if your pH is low, on the acidic side, it's also likely.

MSM is excellent. Read up on Dr. Johanna Budwig's work for explanation. It's even better with flaxseed oil, or some other omega 3 oil like from fish or a couple of other sources I forget. It occurs in high amounts in cottage cheese. If you daily intolerant or allergic, soy works to a lesser extent when taken with the oils.
