a weak voice can be related to low thyroid. have you had your thyroid checked? the thyroid can play a subtle role in adrenal fatique. all the glands, pituitary, hypothalamous, thyroid, parathyroid, etc. all work together. All hormonal output and input from each affects the other. when you take the adrenal glandulars, take a thyroid glandular with it. or have a thyroid panal taken and make sure it is read by a doctor that will read it as to where you should fall optimally. NOT within the range of normalcy; which is so wide an obviously obese person could get results back and the doctor would say their thyroid is fine even though they fell on the low side of normal.
