I tried it for a couple months and it did nothing so I stopped. Hey when you wee taking 20mg of cortef a day were you taking 5mg 4x a day, and if yes what were the times you were taking it, I heard that you should take it with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and before bedtime, but people have different times they eat and sleep so is there a set rule in timing of taking cortef?
