had to laugh at this one. wolfie isn't jumping ship. this is his payoff for the iraq war. but notice how the writer fails to mention wolfies' unanimous approval for his position at the world bank.

bush's numbers are low by design. just as howard dean's numbers are too. look to who holds the centrist label for 08 and you will find the answer.
