Re: How can one rid the chlorine in the water going into the bath/shower while living in an apartment?

I was wondering about that, too!

I've been doing Hot and Cold shower routine twice a day for more than a month now and feel great. But I fould out in Dr. Schulze 's newsletter (May, page 7) that "in the average ten-minute shower, the human body absorbs the same amount of chlorine as if you drank twenty gallons of tap water."

I have been drinking 1 gallon of distilled water every day but at the same time I have been taking 20 min. of hot and cold shower twice a day, which equals to 80-gallon tap water's worth of chlorine daily!

I Googled it and found out that there are inexpensive shower head water filters available. I keep searching but if anybody has recommendation, please let us know!

Blessings,

Kentaro
