Hi Bob! I wouldn't have moved up to two capsules with that watery stools. No, I moved up on the second evening - before I had any bowl movement. I also recommend to anyone that I have use IF1 that they do not move up by one capsule daily - I have them move up every 3rd day. You sound as though you may know what you are talking about, Bob. Could you introduce yourself? I'd be a bit reluctant to follow advice on a product other than from the producer themselves - even though it sounds like advice which may work for me.(Bear with me - I'm a new member on this forum;-)) Also make sure you are drinking one half of your body weight in ounces of water per day. D'you mean if I'm 57Kg that I should be drinking 57 ounces (roughly 2.5Litres)? Thanks! Tweet
