Update about my Leaky Gut Syndrome/still need advice (BOB)

My original post about LGS:
//www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=321&i=6542

Well I continued on my raw food diet (33 days now) and stopped taking Superfood that was too much for my LGS. I started taking L-Glutamine every day, morning and night. I also made a gruel with licorice tea and slippery elm, but not regularly. I had plain licorice tea more often. I used apple cider vinegar, garlic, and cayenne intermittently. I continued with my colon cleansing Intestinal Formula #1 (IF#1) regularly. I also used IF#2 for a week.

[I did have a problem with IF#2. It made me kinda constipated (sometimes only once day) even though I increased my IF#1. In fact I increased my IF#1 so high that I had terrible gut aches until I went loose BM but then nothing for the rest of the day. Well anyway I ran out and I’m going to use other things, like maybe P&B shakes (pysllium husks and Bentonite clay). Any thoughts or comments on this would be appreciated.]

So I recently tried Superfood again and I didn’t feel that big lull (that feeling I used to get from eating too much bad food - LGS symptom). I guess Superfood is too Super for LGS. BUT I don’t feel energized after Superfood either. I have been back on it for a few days. How long will it take for me to feel the energy boost many have reported???

I’m thinking I don’t have LGS anymore. I’m not sure how to tell for absolute sure, because most raw food doesn’t aggravate LGS anyway. But since I’m able to take Superfood without the lull, I figure it must be gone. I know I have so many health problems it will take time to regain my health and feel normal and have energy, BUT I’m so sick and tired of being sick and tired!!! There’s this phrase I recently read (rephrased): “A healthy person has a thousand wishes. A sick person has only one.” I can totally relate!!!

BOB and others please give me your thoughts on these matters. Thanks. :-)

Minnie
