Cold sheet treatment
Hi Suzanne and all my other curezone friends,
I didi not do coldsheet on thursday but on Friday night when my friend came from work. I stated after regular liver cleanse at 9 pm. Did the
water enema followed by garlic injection (wow!! it gave me cramps for like 1-2 minutes). I had prepared by yarrow+peppermint+ginger+raw honey tea (6-7 cups) beforehand and let it cool. Collected cayenne/lobelia tincture, vaseline/petroleum jelly, nerve tonic all at one place in the bathroom. Prepared my hot bath with cayenne/ginger/mustard (put them in a small table cloth and tied with a string and squeezed in the hotwater bath). I sat in there was one minute, it was OK but then I was shouting at the top of my voice, hyperventillating. Breathing through mouth mostly and repating Maa..Maa..Maa (my Mom), it was like someone was burning me alive, I was on fire. Wanted to call 911 for the whole fire department to come and put out this fire. Oh! Lord it was such an experience. Well!! after five minutes or so I started chugging down my tea as fast as I can. The bag with herbs somehow opened probably not tied properly and all herbs went into the bath. I could see blood on the surface of my skin, it was so red, I was trying to immerse my shoulders and then I would just scream, no!!!!I cant do it. It was like my Mom standing there, saying you have to do this, so I endured 20 minutes of this hot bath. After which I was wrapped with cold sheet that was immersed previously in a bucket of ice. My friend gave me Nerve tonic afterwards and also shortly after I took lobelia vinegar because my calves were more so on fire then the rest of my body, could not figure out was it spasm or just too much herbs absorbed through skin. I was covered by 4 blankets, tucked in like a baby. I was hot and also shivering at the same time and profusely sweating and could actually feel the sweat dropping off my legs and other parts were sticky and sweaty (I usually dont really sweat much at all especially living in cold Amherst (Buffalo), NY) so this treatment certainly opened all my sweat glands. I was not really falling asleep, I would just wake up every half hour. At 4 am in the morning on Saturday I was still hot and burning but got up and cleaned cause I like a dry and clean bed. Also took a nice hot/cold shower and went to bed again and woke up at like 1:00 pm in the afternoon. I sweat so much that I felt weak and dehydrated afterwards. But Today, Sunday I am feeling better again. Oh!! well it was a great experience and fun too. I love doing challenging stuff. I am looking back and wondering did I just do that!!!!!! Thankyou Lord for helping me through this and thankyou all of you for encouraging and supporting me through this process.
I have to do once more after the end of the incurables program. This is what I will change when I do do cold sheet again:
Start the cold sheet at 5 or 6 pm instead of 9/10 pm because I wanna get up after three-four hours and clean up so that I can get overnight sleep and start the next day on time.
Take the nerve tonic before the coldsheet to keep a bit calm which I dont think is really possible but will try this next time.
Try to stay 30 min next time in bath.
Also Will use a big cloth to hold my herbs for the bath and probably make my bath a bit more tolerable.
Drink lots of water the next day
