Re: Superfood + Echinacea- Can I mix them?

If it's Dr. Schulze 's echinacea plus then it is not pure anyway...it's full of garlic etc. so it's a compound. I don't see any problem taking it with the SuperFood.
You can always call the Schulze helpdesk/order folks.

Personally I take all my herbs alone w/a little water if necessary. I suspect they get absorbed faster and with minimal competition or risk of binding with other elements.
