Superfood recipe

For all of you who make their own Superfood:

When buying the bulk ingredients, what measurements do you use in order to calculate the quantity of each base ingredient. For example, how much of each of the Superfood ingredients would one add in order to get the exact ratios in a canister of Dr. Shulze's product?
