neti nose pot

I've used a neti nose pot for 15 years, and haven't gotten a cold or bronchitis and all my allergies are gone now. You can get them at health food stores or on the internet. You put warm salt water in there and hold the spout next to one nostril and pour it through the other. The temperature and salinity are the same as what's in your nose, so it pulls everything out of there. That should help keep molds from growing in there too, if they do get through the mask. I've given lots of them to friends, and it's stopped sinus-caused migraines and allergies in other people too.
