I am a Sugar addict myself. I read about cinnamon for Sugar cravings here at CureZone. Cinnamon is something that any diabetic should read about. I drink a lot of lemonade with Stevia and add cinnamon. It makes it a better drink and I think it does help with Sugar cravings. It is good on apples too. But sugar addiction is as real and pretty near tobacco addiction. Cinnamon helps, but it is still tough to go more than a week without a little sugar water treat.
But it is really a lesson in tightening down the screws. You just work at fighting it and incorporating it into your lifesyle.
