That's great about starting IP! Keep us posted on how it goes. It's quite the program...good for you! I plan on adding in more of Dr S formula as I go. I've tried before with kidney and detox, but it was too soon, I think, I still needed to be on IF for a while yet. I'm just so congested. But, it's got to loosen up sooner or later....I'll keep you all posted.
