Re: Question about Incurables Program
You can use cayenne powder instead of tincture if it's strong enough. The stuff in the grocery store won't do. You'll use cayenne multiple times a day during IP. I like the tincture myself, because it's easy to measure and it immediately dissolves. With cayenne powder, sometimes I'd get a little clump and boy was it hot! Others here prefer cayenne powder. It's really a matter of personal choice. But you do need to have some cayenne available.
The nerve tincture replaces lobelia in the older version of the IP. I used lobelia during the cold sheet treatment. You'll get a little book when your package comes which explains how everything fits together, so don't worry.
Now, instead of lobelia, there is Nerve Tincture. It has valerian root in it, among other things. You use it for the cold sheet treatment as well. Also, you have the option of using it if you have any difficulty going to sleep at night. I've been taking a couple of droppers of it before I go to bed just to see how I responded. I've been getting a very restful night's sleep, as opposed to an hour of tossing and turning. So you can try it if you want to.
Hope this helps,
