Protein in Superfood
Well, here's another reason to take your Superfood....
I was reading a really cool book called Healing with Whole Foods- practically a textbook- and came across a fascinating section on how wonderful the green foods are. Spirulina, chlorella, and wild blue-green algae, plus the cereal grasses wheat, barley, and alfalfa are all fantastic, nearly perfect foods.
One note that grabbed me was that there was more protein per volume in a tablespoon of these green foods than in a big steak. I just thought about that for a minute, and remembered that I took 4 tablespoons of Superfood a day plus a couple of extra teaspoons of powdered wheatgrass for good measure.
Look at the label on a jar of Superfood. What's in there? All of it is really, really good nutritional stuff. Powerful stuff. And a month's supply costs about the same as two pretty good steaks or one great one. LOL
If you take Superfood on a regualr basis you know how good it makes you feel. If you're new to the stuff, try it. In a week you'll start to feel really great.
