I believe it is 2, 6 and 12, 18 and (so on) months. However I could be wrong.

Mom knows what is best for her baby. I didn't follow any schedule unless I felt there was something wrong. I went to the first two checks to make sure size and weight gain were "normal". I had to repeatedly refuse vaccines.
