Sorry to hear about your bad ordering experience :-(. I beleive if you go back through some of Bob's posts he has some legitimate sites that he recommends for a variety of products. Whatever you do try not to close your CC account (it can have a negative effect on your credit score) unless you have no other choice. If possible check to see if he has already charged against your account. If so e-mail him a letter demanding a refund. In the letter make sure you tell him that one of your rights as a CC consumer is to charge fraudulent transactions back to him if he doesn't immediately refund your entire charge. A little backround here. If he has to high of a percentage of chargebacks his processor will shut him down. You get your money back in either case.
