Yes, I add a pound of nutritionas yeast. The only think I add more than one pound of is beet root. I love that stuff!! :o)

Are you making superfood? I was able to get everything from our superfood from except for the nutritional yeast and the I don't think they had the kelp powder either. I got them from either Azure Standard or Mountain Peoples Warehouse.

If you are making superfood, what are you putting in?
