high blood pressure, what does Dr Schultze recommend?

Hi! I'm beginning the Bowel Cleanse I bought just over a year ago, before I collapsed on the floor of my shop, waking up two weeks later in a hospital. Been on b/p meds ever since. I'm still nonambulatory & my left arm is basically a paperweight. last week I ordered HEART FORMULA & CAYENNE POWDER. MY B/P IS STILL UP, though nothing like when in the hospital. Then 8 mo. in a horrid nursing home having more drugs & crap shovelled down me, then, finally to VA dallas for near two mo. Now, I'm home, despite peepole saying i'll never go home, and two + doctOrs saying I would not even survive. Now my lady friend is telling me don't mess with that herb crap, and another saying don't mess with the doctor crap. She recommended cayenne, so I ordered it.
Now what does the good Doctor SCHULTZE say? I'm now 53, male. will these items I have help? my family got in and helped themselves to my stuff, CASH, OFFICE SUPPLIES, MORE but would not use formulas #1 or #2, brought them back long ago. please, before docs get more invasive. Gary
va gave me a b/p monitor. I'd like to show them I don't need 6 b/p pills, mood pills, dilantin, etc. for life. HEART FORMULA WARMS UP JUICE NICELY; CAYENNE, MAYBE I'LL NEED SOME COACHING ON THAT. I SENT MY FRIEND THE TWO RESPONSES ON MONDAY, SHE SAYS FOLLOWING THAT ADVICE IS A SURE WAY TO HAVE ANOTHER STROKE. HUMBUG. ONE IS ENOUGH. THE GREAT PHYSICIAN BROUGHT ME THIS FAR, WOULD HE DESERT ME NOW?
