Re: Recurring bladder infections or uti

Most of chronic urinary symtpoms are not from bacterial infections but from candida (yeast)

That happened to me, I had once a bacterial infection and took a lot of anibiotics. Never again I have been the same. I felt that I had the permanent infection, and just two years ago I learned that the Antibiotics produced the yeast overgrow.

You can try two simple things, one is cranberry juice, pure cranberry (no sugar).
The second thing is Xylitol, it does not let the yeast to stick to the bladder walls.

Also, a good probiotic may be needed. People with candida are very sensitive to estrogen, so it is a sign you may have it.

I hope this is helpful
