It is my opinion that cleansing bowels, liver and gallbladder, kidneys and blood would be most beneficial for you. Superfood would certainly help build your system and drinking distilled water is very important. If you choose to prodeed in this manner your diet should be clean as well staying away from processed foods, sugars, trying to eat nutritious foods daily. And if you are able don't forget to move your body and get daily fresh air. It is also helpful to wear natural fiber clothing that breathes. And one last thing to begin to work out is the chemical condition of your home...dish detergents, laundry detergents, cleansers, shampoos, soaps, etc. This will not need to be done over night but steady progress will reap huge rewards.
Superfood alone does not help much, the battle against the junk is just to big. *smile*
