You will only know for sure if you test again. However IMHO, I don't think you are pregnant. For one, I don't believe you would have so many symptoms right away. It usually takes about 2 weeks at least after conception for you to feel any different.

But, like I said you wont know for sure unless you do another test. If the next test is negative you can be 99.9999% assured that you are not pregnant.
(there are always exceptions - but very rare)
