My niece got a Jack Russel for Christmas, too. He is such a doll! What did you name yours?

Now my son just got a beautiful German Shepherd mix from the animal shelter. She is blonde like a yellow Lab but has the black face markings and body structure of a Shepherd. She is very intelligent except she doesn't understand that it's not OK to poop in "grandma's (me)" house! She is great on a leash already, whereas my 95 pound chocolate Lab pulled so hard I couldn't walk him. The kids would put on their roller blades and let him pull them in the street! Fun!
