Hypoglycemia

Well my program is moving along quite well and the
inclusion of exercise and hydrotherapy has helped
my fatigue immensely. However, one nagging symptom
is hypoglycemia. I've only developed this in the last few
months and when I don't eat for 2-3 hours I get dizzy,
confused, irritable, depressed and fatigued. Then when
I eat, all of a sudden I'm back to my normal self.

Now I know what your thinking- just make sure you eat
every 2-3 hours! True, but I've never had a problem with
missing a meal before and I can't believe that this is a normal
state of being. I do remember BOB saying that he had
hypoglycemia before and now he does not. I have heard that
this can be liver related, so when I've finished trying to fend
off the holiday treats, I am doing Dr. Schulze 's 5 day liver
and gallbladder cleanse. I hope that this helps!

Please feel free to post your experiences with hypoglycemia
and liver flushing.

Happy holidays!
James
